When will my order ship?
We understand how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible, and we're dedicated to making that happen. All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm CST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm CST will ship the next business day. You will receive an email with shipping and tracking information.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely, log into your account and click on "My Subscriptions -> Edit" to make a change. You can also contact us at info@beautygrounds.com and we'll make the adjustment for you.
What is your return policy?
